Go through slides. Discussed the process set ops and manipulation functionality.
Also discussed the COL related arguments. Dominik says in their prototype they
were able to express what they needed using the mpi_info object.
Dominik created a branch in the Sessions fork of the standard - DynamicProcessesWithPSets.
We will use this as the sandbox for developing a new section for the dynamic process
chapter which describes these new op/publish/lookup functions. Additional functions
may be needed for FT.
The WG would like to target having a draft ready for a post-MPI 5 forum meeting.
The WG also discussed ideas for making MPI_Comm_spawn sessions friendly. We would
want to do this in a way that is pset friendly.
