Howard and Dan will iterate with Wesley on times for joint FT/Sessions WG.

Dynamic process

Do a refresh of where we are on dynamic process sets - Martin Schreiber says we were trying to work out a way for an application to better understand changes in available process set. Should we require the app getting a new session handle? Also need a way to easily tell the delta between and old pset query call and a new one.
