Discuss the Venn diagram accompanying the text in 2.1.1 ARS Component description. Dan thinks we should be including fault tolerant factors into the discussion as faults will change availability of resources. Aurelian thinks FT is just a special case of RM taking away resources. Dan points out somewhat different as resource shrinking for other reasons is not the same as what happens if resources go off line owing to system faults.
